We interacted with stakeholders to understand business USP, goals, expectations & current challenges. We interviewed on-field users to understand their ground-level problems. These interactions helped us to identify business gaps, blockers and potential opportunities which lead to design more meaningful solution for Emiza.
Solution
Mobile app These are called "Life Line" of Emiza business. They are on-field personnel who perform daily pickup & delivery operations (at customer site & warehouses). Web app These are called "Backbone" of Emiza business. They keep customers happy by ensuring on-time delivery & pickups and maintaining field personnel busy by scheduling their daily tasks.
