Challenge
This relatively new company was in rapid growth mode, but did not have the proper marketing in place to achieve that growth.
Solution
Before we could start any proper marketing efforts, their old website needed an upgrade. To maintain our aggressive timeline of launching their new website, we opted to utilize Squarespace and built a clean website designed to push visitors to book an appointment online via SalonBiz. After the website was built, we began to optimize it and start our Off-Page Optimization, and were able to achieve the number one spot on Google Maps in the Helena, AL area. The first step was complete, they were receiving new leads regularly. The next step was engagement with the current client base. To help maintain communication with the client base (encouraging new appointments), we set up email and SMS marketing campaigns. This approach allowed the salon to stay in front of their clients without being intrusive.
Results
After one year, their business grew by 225%, which exceeded their expectations. Their growth was so impressive that they hired four more employees and continue to grow to this day.
