Challenge

We joined the Hybrid Racing team specifically to take their Black Friday efforts to the next level.

Solution

After evaluating their previous and existing efforts and email templates, we worked in tandem with them to develop a strategy and execute it over the course of the campaign. We studied what they did well in the previous years' campaign and expanded on it - giving their email templates a professional overhaul in custom HTML for a much better UX particularly for viewing and engagement on mobile devices. We also took on copywriting for the Hybrid Team, freeing them up to better handle Black Friday operations.

Results

Black Friday was a resounding success, driving 33% more revenue than the previous years' campaign. In addition, taking on the email operations for the Hybrid Team freed them up to fulfill all orders from the weekend in less than 2 weeks, which was a significant improvement over the previous year where they were still fulfilling Black Friday orders into January of the next year. +33% Revenue increase over previous years' Black Friday Campaign > $51k Black Friday revenue directly attributed to email with less than 60 days since email program launch > 30% Black Friday revenue directly attributed to email
