Challenge
We were subcontracted to help Benefytt redesign Agilehealthinsurance.com to cater to gig workers and streamline their online sales experience. The major challenge here was displaying the most relevant plans/coverages for the user based on their needs.
Solution
We chose to implement a smart quiz to capture key information which helped us create a plan recommendation engine so the user would see recommended plans based on what they have demonstrated they want/need.
Results
Agilehealthinsurance.com and their private label partners (including Aflac and health sherpa) will be able to surface the most relevant plans to users based on their inputs.
