An English heritage company that’s become quite the national treasure, Stannah lifts was founded in 1867 and has stayed a family-run company ever since, so Koozai was excited to be
selected to work on their paid advertising across the new lift, maintenance and repair sectors of the Stannah product offering.
The brief was clear: to drive leads and enquiries consistently across Google ads. We were tasked to improve results month-on-month as well as year-on-year, whilst carefully considering any impact across the Stannah product and service range when advertising.
Creating the right sort of impact with the right sort of audience was paramount to Stannah. So Koozai’s challenge was to work towards creating a cohesive set of ads and learning exactly what we needed to do in order to hit the right people with the right ads to meet the goals set out.

July – September 2020 has seen an impressive increase of 333.3% in conversions compared to the same period in 2019. We can see this from the hugely positive drive of 274.7% more clicks and 238.7% increase in impressions. We have consistently been conscious of our client’s budget and managed to drive the cost per click down by 5% and the cost per conversion down by over 18%. Both Koozai and Stannah were delighted with the results!
