Change Lingerie is a Scandinavian clothing brand available in over 200 salons in Europe, Asia and North America, including 21 salons in Poland. The number of salons continues to grow. The company is intensifying its on-line sales activities. Optimise the entire infrastructure
Solution
We started the project by analysing their implementation of the Sitecore system at the time. We defined some key issues. We started addressing the most important of them in order to increase the effectiveness of the company's strategic activities and optimize the efficiency of eCommerce websites. We created a dedicated team that worked for half a year to optimise the current version of the Sitecore system. We spent a lot of time solving problems with the integration of Enterprise CMS with other internal systems. Daily cooperation was conducted with many company departments; including marketing and IT.
