Sarah Bush Lincoln is a 149-bed, not-for-profit, regional hospital centrally located in East Central Illinois' Coles County. It is a high-performing rural healthcare provider. Imaginary Landscape has been their website vendor of record since 2010. In conjunction with a site redesign, Imaginary conducted a website content study to examine the current informational architecture and user behavior and compared it against competitive websites and best practices. The recommendations from the study were incorporated into the information design of the newly redesigned website.
