Challenge
Brightstar a multi-billion global leader of end-to-end mobile device lifecycle solutions for carriers, retailers and enterprise launch a direct to consumer line called Smarter. iAnalyst was engaged as the primary agency of record. THE PROBLEM Recently acquired by Brightstar (Softbank subsidiary) engaged iAnalyst to manage the direct to consumer digital marketing efforts. Like most large global conglomerates there were ambitious sales goals and required to deploy aggressive digital marketing strategies to make it happen.
Solution
iAnalyst was able to understand how the business operates & generates revenue. This allowed iAnalyst to proactively anticipate, navigate & leverage trends impacting Smarter. We started off restructuring their paid media funnels, which was long and unoptimized which meant poor conversion rates. We set up a landing page that drove to a lead capture application form, which then went directly into an onboarding funnel. We were able to run various split tests and increased effiency & scalability to other markets. Google Ads & Bing Ads - Reconfiguration & optimization of ad accounts. Facebook & Instagram Ads - Reconfiguration & optimization of ad account. Search Engine Optimization - On-Site + Off-Site Optimization. Conversion Rate Optimization - Funnel analysis, data-driven implementation & testing.
