Greenwood Village South, a prosperous Life Plan Community based in Indiana, needed to better connect with prospective residents by taking on their biggest competition, home.
Solution
As a springboard for the work, Orchard derived a key insight about the target audience of wanting the comfort and familiarity of their home AND their community. Developing work through this lens, “The Life You Love, In The Neighborhood You Call Home” was concepted as the creative platform idea and extended into a new, engaging and conversion-centric site design.
