Rudra’s IAS is a coaching institute for center and state level competitive examinations such as IAS, MPPSC, SI and many more. They wanted to step up the ladder by moving to a wider space to teach more students. As their business continues to grow and following previously poor experiences with marketing agencies, they reached out to Grazia SEO Consultants for digital marketing solutions and re-development of their website. The Brief At this stage their website was not ranking for any of the core keywords and could only appear on their brand name. Our team of SEO experts educated them about the benefits of SEO and potential of the first page google rankings. They advised them some of the keywords they can rank for and how it would help them to increase enrollments.
Solution
Grazia offered them consultative approach on SEO including Onpage, Offpage, technical enhancement and content recommendations. Our team studied their website page by page, inside out. Though the website was not built as per the google guidelines, however, we handpicked all the possible opportunities which could help rank the existing website on the first page. After conducting the competitors research, it was quite evident that outranking them may take 3-4 months, though not impossible. During the research we picked out the strategies that their online competitors are using and integrated it to our way of SEO that we have mastered in past 5 years. Based on the study, we assigned a monthly task that are must to rank Rudra’s IAS not just on the first page but also on the first position.
Results
Results We started working as one team with Rudra’s IAS to help them in increasing conversions month by month. Initially we targeted only important pages that are beneficial as per the conversion perspective. With our right approach we were successful in ranking 3 out of 30 important keywords on the first page resulting in 30+ positive enquiries by the end of first month itself. By the end of third month, we were successful in optimizing the entire website with 10 keywords on the top 3 ranks and 25 keywords on the first page, resulting in 80+ enquiries per month.
