Challenges Replace the old windows system and server.Poor internet connectivity, which created a deployment and support issues.Integrating LDAP for user authentication and access information.Connecting their existing data of employees from the Oracle database along with the Microsoft SQL database.

Solution

Strategic Approach Feasibility analysis All the client’s requirements were feasible. Business Analysis The business analysis began with understanding the client’s business in-depth, identifying the users, discovering user stories, designing wireframes, analyzing the budget, and discussing project requirements with the client. We then identified the gap between the client’s requirement and our analysis to ensure all essential features are included.
