BuggyWhip, a leader in LED Safety Antenna whips, contacted Fullmoon Digital to help drive more website traffic and increase eCommerce sales. Based in California, BuggyWhip designs and manufactures LED lighted whips and antennas for off-road vehicles and mining operations. For over 50 years, BuggyWhip’s safety antennas have been used by customers worldwide for it’s durability, brightness, and quality. THE CHALLENGE: BuggyWhip has worked with agencies before to drive traffic and sales to their eCommerce business, but the ROI just wasn’t achieved. When Fullmoon audited the campaigns, we discovered gaps and wasted spend on wrong keywords. We even found landing page errors! Additionally, although BuggyWhip is known around the world as the best LED safety antenna brand, the business wasn’t reaching customers online. In order to increase awareness, traffic, and sales, BuggyWhip started looking for a digital agency who can talk and talk and walk the walk. They were tired of wasting money on the “fancy agencies.” They wanted a team who will work hard for them!
Solution
Launching PPC Ads to Drive and Capture Relevant Customers Google Ads & Facebook Ads Conversion paths Audience segmentation Retargeting BuggyWhip needed a high-impact strategy, a plan that will elevate their brand awareness and refining audience targeting in order to concentrate our efforts on reaching the right customers. BuggyWhip’s brand recognition was good, within the industry, so we quickly leveraged videos to increase frequency on social media. Then, we did a full analysis on the company’s previous PPC campaigns in order to build a interest-driven keyword strategy. In order to generate more qualified traffic, we implemented PPC advertising campaigns through Google Ads with updated messaging targeting the right personas. To further support eCommerce business for BuggyWhip, we also added optimized CTAs and shoppable product images to blog content and all new articles. In addition, we also implemented keyword optimization across all pages of the BuggyWhip website to improve their SEO traffic. Additionally, Fullmoon Digital’s client success team conducted weekly calls with BuggyWhip to review performance, which gave the business 100% visibility into all paid campaigns, website metrics, and allowed for a clear and strategic approach to Google Ads and Facebook campaigns.
Results
Paid campaigns were launched in April 2020 and delivered impressive results by August 2020: 265% increase in conversions 35.47% increase in new sessions 349.25% increase in website revenue Additionally, average order value also increased 15.50 percent from our adjustments made on the shopping cart and checkout pages.
