Challenge

Alert CCTV’s previous site wasn’t responsive, it was very old fashioned and out of date. However it’s most challenging issue was that it wasn’t visible on search engines at all. This meant the client was losing valuable leads and revenue. The client had also moved to Milton Keynes from north London so was also experiencing a significant drop in local enquiries.

Solution

To help Alert CCTV to get the fastest return on their investment, we undertook extensive competition analysis as well as keyword research to ensure we targeted the new website at the right audience both nationally and locally. We created a bespoke website design and build of a responsive business –oriented website with clear “call to actions” and credibility statements.

Results

Upon launch of their new site, Alert CCTV experienced an almost instant increase in Google position, organic traffic and telephone calls which lead to a consistent rise in leads for the business. The client feedback is that the new website and search engine optimisation have produced “more enquiries from our website in the past 3 months than in the whole of the last 9 years”.
