As part of our national consumer PR support, Fish was challenged with driving brand awareness for Blo Blow Dry Bar and promoting the brand’s new summer hair menu.
To generate awareness of Blo and promote its new summer styles, Fish planned and executed a brand activation that brought Blo’s “Blo On The Go” services to the headquarters of several
national consumer outlets.
Appropriately dubbed “Boozy Blow Outs,” Fish brought Blo stylists to each office along with refreshing sips ranging from rosé to Aperol Spritzes. The Blo Babes, as they’re called, offered staff a variety of styling options from Blo’s signature hair menu and new summer menu that gave the ladies a fresh tress to impress.
The Blo Babes not only styled everyone, but shared expert insight into the season’s trends and inspirations behind the new summer menu looks.
Not only did the events generate awareness of Blo, but they also gave us an opportunity to meet face-to-face with key media contacts for future editorial coverage and partnerships with Refinery 29, People, Glamour, Women’s Health, SELF, and Betches. As an added bonus, Boozy Blow Outs were all over social media, with posts reaching almost 7 million people.
