Solution

Integrated Marketing touchpoints: The Insight Process Brand Development. Web Design & Development The Research. Before we started any activity, we knew we had to get to know Spencer Riley’s business and industry inside out. Our extensive Insight process allowed us to really get to know their business and what their objectives are. The Brief. The search consultants’ existing brand was outdated and didn’t fit in with their high quality service. This was also noticed in their tone of voice across their marketing channels. We found that by building a new, re-branded website we could help them meet and exceed the objectives they set out. The Big Idea. The recruitment industry is very competitive and we knew we needed to update their brand to make them stand out amongst competitors. This had to be in conjunction with a refreshing website that clearly communicated their services to existing and potential clients. A brand needs to represent a business's values and positioning, this is done through a logo as well as visual collateral. We used the values of 'Integrity, Tenacity and People' to sculpt Spencer Riley's new logo and brand guidelines. The Strategy. As well as a complete re-brand, we designed and built a brand new website as part of a brand activation roll out. As well as featuring their new brand identity, we wanted the website to be ready to grow with the business and put the user at the forefront, making it as easy as possible for potential clients to browse and find the exact service or piece of information they're looking for.
