Challenge

Let’s Kamp asked us to help take their app to the next level When our partnership with LetsKamp started, they already had a working prototype that desperately called for better user experience, bringing us to the initial stage of Usability Audit. ‍ In process, we discovered main points of focus and developed User Journey which addresses those issues.

Solution

Colors & Typograpy We chose some catchy colors to maximize attention on the key actions, while keeping typography simple and in style. User Journey / Sign Up We made key flows linear and simple not to distract user from their main task. User Journey / Home With its database of hundreds of camps nationwide, LetsKamp creates the centralized, easy-to-use resource for summer fun. User Journey / Easy Search Intuitive sorting and filters system that allows to find what’s needed within seconds. User Journey / Geographic Search The core power of LetsKamp is the filtered geographic search with all the information about summer programs in needed area. User Journey / Seamless registration Once parents and kids have agreed on the perfect summer experience, they can register, fill out paperwork, and even pay for the camp directly through the app. User Testing Within our customer-centric approach to design, we conducted User Testing in order to identify areas of improvement across all main experiences and understand how improving those experiences would bring us to happier, more loyal customers, and better business results.
