The main goal of this project was to get enough conversions to make their Manufacturers stay and also to make good revenue out of their online project. For which we had 3 major tools-
SEO, Email Marketing & Google Adwords.
The first thing we have done with this website is to study the existing user behavior, in order to understand the problem with the existing scenario. We used our in-house screen recording and analysis tool in this process, through this we understood the actual problems at funnel level in the website and revamp the website with enhanced user journey for friction free buying experience across all devices.
The next step we have taken was to manage our On-page & Off-page SEO along with some advance improvements. This helped us in achieving our part of the goal with SEO.
Next, we fixed the Google Adwords and Bing campaigns with proper analysis and priority-based budget distribution. We improved the shopping campaigns (Right now the highest contributor in their sales) to reduce waste spend and increase relevant clicks, which can turn into a conversion.
