Our client needed to connect several locations around the globe to each other to celebrate a new facility.
Solution
Our live streaming success was put to the test for a worldwide event needing perfect execution for viewing business leaders, government officials and a worldwide audience. Our services included extensive pre-show consulting to integrate into an existing system and a government network, all during a pandemic. Once we developed the plan, our crew delivered this major event after limited rehearsals with the eyes of global leaders watching. Delivering a signal is not always easy and in this case, we had little control of our preferred partners and instead adjusted to foreign government requirements. Once we established the delivery format, producing a live world event and communicating had its own challenges but our experience paid off for this client and the production they demanded. Even in a COVID-19 world, or maybe especially so, communications is one of the most important aspects of any business. Our client needed to deliver a high quality, error free production for their client entering into a new partnership with demanding standards.
