Challenge

Envision has provided design build fixture solutions to CIBC’s retail branch network for over fifteen years. When CIBC became the exclusive financial institution sponsor at Toronto Pearson International Airport, it was a natural evolution of our partnership for them to call on Envision to execute this complex program.

Solution

Working from a concept designed by Allen International, a global consulting firm, Envision was engaged to design-detail, build and install the entire suite of digitally integrated on-premise branches, digital and static brand signage and bold new ATMs.

Results

Envision delivered a network of six branches/kiosks and seventeen stand-alone ATMs of varying sizes and functionality, designed to meet the needs of travellers and Toronto Pearson International Airport employees. The digital signage was designed to present available services, the CIBC brand and supports the static signage and branch messaging. The new small-format branches are simple, modern, contemporary walk-up service centres in high-gate traffic locations, post-security.
