An event management company was struggling to manage day-to-day operations with events, customers, and data using legacy systems.
Solution
We recognized that the system our client used was overwhelming and realized simplicity is key. We ensured a complete digital transformation of MHG and implemented an end-to-end event management solution that acts as an ERP for their business. Our BAs developed tech business solutions for the legacy system to simplify the process while the UX team designed an interface that has simple steps and full visibility of all tasks. The system is integrated with an external accounting system. We also implemented a module for sales and accountants to be able to track the financial data properly.
