A tech-based education startup from Louisville was using a mix of different existing software tools and were experiencing the headache and inefficiency of handling them all without a centralized location for all the information. They needed a custom web platform to manage their company and do online sales. They were using different software tools already available in the consumer market to handle their everyday management, reporting, analytics and processes. With this software they wanted: 1 A single custom-made platform to improve their processes. 2 To keep all the information from students, teachers and venues on one place. 3 To scale to multiple cities in a better and more organized way.
Solution
We started with a one-on-one consultation and exploration session with the Level Up team to gain as much knowledge of their culture, workflow, the existing tools they were using, and customers as possible, and to really understand their pain points as well as their unfulfilled needs. From there, we were able to design and develop a complete cloud-based web platform solution to improve their processes and scale faster. Level Up Web Platform Mockup, Web Development The solution integrates teachers, students, venues and the Level Up team, and brings them closer to each other. Teachers can upload classes, students can purchase memberships, venues can sign-up to host classes, and the Level Up team has all the information and process in one single, robust and custom-made platform. Built with a scalable architecture and design, the platform can grow and expand with many features and capabilities as they need. The solution can evolve to embrace every market and city they’re into. The near future will bring the mobile apps for teachers, students, venues and admin, so they can enjoy a seamless cross-platform experience.
