Based in New York with more than 105k+ registered users and a business model based on engaging physical activity, Count.It connects with wearable tracking devices and apps to power community fitness challenges. Challenge Engagement with the users is a crucial factor in using its services, and its channels (app) did not meet their satisfaction. The design and control were not following current trends, and this affected its adaptability in different devices.
Solution
