Challenge

THE FIZZ lets you live, study, and have fun all in one place! With private bathrooms and kitchens, you can enjoy having space to yourself. Or, meet new people in our large garden, movies lounges, or terraces. It’s the best of both worlds! Also available are a shared laundry room and various services available at the street level. This idea for fully equipped student dorms originated in Germany. From there, it’s expanded to a total of nine different residencies, including some in Austria and the Netherlands. Their tenth building was opened in 2020 in the Holesovice district of Prague. To create the Czech landing page and to evaluate the interest of local students through systematic campaigns

Solution

Before construction even began, we had been working with the German team to create the Czech landing page and to evaluate the interest of local students through systematic campaigns — even using alternative media channels such as Russia’s VK and Yandex. Ahead of the opening, we had prepared a creative based on the concept of The only thing you’ll need is… and we’re currently working on helping them rent out the remainder of the rooms. The only thing left to say is that we really wish something like THE FIZZ existed back when we were students! 100+We’ve spent over 100 hours working on the creative concept and campaigns 3 We’ve worked on the campaign with teams from 3 countries (DE, AT, CZ) 675 The number of students able to live together at THE FIZZ
