The Ludi
Challenge
Ludi, a Hospitality startup helping restaurants customers with drink and dine loyalty program. In past, Ludi digital experience was limited to scalability, uneasy to book table and didn’t translate well across all devices. We were tasked with solving All these problems, additionally crafting a new brand identity: How can we design a unique digital experience that reflect the brand, while empowering them with a simple booking yet enjoyable experience.
Solution
We began the process Ideation workshops and scoping sessions to capture the full gamut of requirements. This process allows us to create a smooth MVP product that would allow the Ludi team to be first to market. We then entered a period of continuous improvement that introduced new elements to the product iteratively which strengthened Ludi position. Our design, presented several routes to the client for selection and our UX team drew up from research-prototype-usablity-Perfect visual design, that would present the entire user journey. Then, we progressed to user testing to further stress test the UI and functionality of the Ludi, and allows design team to further refine the product and iron out any kinks in the process. Results
We designed an pointed website and mobile app for Ludi. Given emphasis required for app to be simple, task oriented and delightful. The Ludi website provide informative details, we worked to decrease barriers with UI, therefore can be easily accessible for all user types. We delivered a beautiful & digital design experience!
