Challenge

Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a leader in digital marketing automation, analytics software and services. With the advent of big data and data analytics they understood that their business faced both fundamental disruption and great opportunity. We were originally engaged for a product redesign, however they soon recognized that we could help them fundamentally shape a new generation of marketing software.

Solution

Over the course of a seven-year relationship we helped to define a new era of data-oriented marketing while crafting their product strategy and acting as the core design team for their keystone product offerings. Along the way, we designed category defining products such as Journey Builder, Contact Builder and Automation Studio. A history of success Over the seven years we have worked with Salesforce we have developed some of the leading solutions in marketing software. Journey Builder was the first of its kind to market, allowing marketers to curate targeted campaigns for each contact.
