App for Petrol Station Owners and Customer Service Platform
Challenge
B2B delivery tracking application design CLIENT Petromex sp. z o.o. - Wholesaler and retailer of fuels and heating diesel oils from Poland with nearly 30 years of experience. CSHARK has designed and implemented a delivery tracking application that notifies Petromex customers about delivery time. Additionally, our team has created a B2B platform supporting Petromex administrator's work and customer service process. The main goal of the project was to facilitate organizational issues, which involved informing Petromex customers about the delivery date.
Solution
Modernization and automatization of the communication process between drivers and customers, speeding up the administration processes, and enabling clients to keep track of their orders significantly improved communication processes and made the work of Petromex employees easier.
Results
As a result, Petromex customers can conduct their business in a more organized way and control the status of delivery. Furthermore, direct communication on the customer-driver line has been substantially limited. Thanks to the application, Petromex employees can be more focused on their daily work, and less on notifying customers about their order’s status. We are now testing and improving some of the solutions, and the first feedback from the Petromex customers about the panel was very positive. The co-owner of the company summarizes our cooperation in the interview for Clutch, saying that: A particularly important advantage of the project team is openness and a matter-of-fact approach to the subject. We also value commitment and individual approach.
