CPG produces a series of Rallies across six markets, reaching more than 15,000 Southwest employees across all levels.

Solution

Each Rally is an opportunity for employees to hear directly from CEO Gary Kelly and other leadership about key company priorities and objectives while celebrating as only SWA can. The airline we LUV is a growing partnership touching every area of our agency. Creative, design, production, video, engagement, digital and more all work together to design and produce a series of Rallies across several markets, reaching more than 15,000 Southwest Associates from all levels. Since attendance is optional, our team revamps the event experience to create a can’t-miss, holistic engagement campaign that leads up to the Rallies and carries on long after the final confetti cannon blows.
