BroadJump is focused on helping healthcare organizations gain better visibility and control over their expense management so that they can lower costs, operate more efficiently, and ultimately improve quality of care. The CONNECTIVE Agency team was engaged by BroadJump leadership to develop a new, elevated brand and new website that would clarify the company’s core offerings, modernize its online presence, and serve as a dynamic platform for future solution launches.

Solution

Our team conducted an analysis of BroadJump’s existing brand, audiences, and website to understand the company’s positioning in the market. During our initial planning and evaluation, we discovered a need to define a clear value proposition, distinguish its solutions for each audience segment, elevate the existing brand and optimize their user experience. As we began the website project, we also identified a need to refresh the company’s brand identity. The branding would serve as the basis for the site’s design and needed some refinements to meet the client’s vision for a more clean, innovative and crisp online presence. We worked closely with BroadJump’s leadership team to develop a fresh look for its brand that better solved for their desired market positioning.
