A construction marketplace startup approached us to create a high-quality technical solution tailored to the residential housing construction sector. The objective was to deliver an exceptional B2B construction marketplace, uniting buyers and suppliers.
Solution
We began with IT consulting services where the client shared their project idea, emphasizing the need for budget-conscious MVP development to test the concept effectively. To ensure scalability, our backend technology stack supports clustering, allowing each system component to scale by adding computational resources. DevOps practices were employed, featuring three staging servers and automated deployment. Implementing mutual code reviews added to the MVP development time but ensured a smooth and bug-free platform, leading to future cost and time savings. The user interfaces are intuitive, flexible, and designed for easy modification when adding new features. The system boasts flexible user and role management based on an attribute-based model. We also met the special request of designing a solution architecture with high horizontal scalability from the MVP stage, ensuring a solid foundation for future product expansion.
