Challenge

Engager is an online platform for the coordination and analysis of marketing campaigns of any format and complexity. The main idea was to improve the performance and control of the field personnel, to upgrade the reporting and rapid response to external factors. When we started working on the project, our team needed to understand the logic and analyze the code of the previous developers. The main task was to optimize the existing database queries and, at the same time, to create new functionality. It was also very important to create a system for generating data into various types of reports, so that it would be able to process a large amount of reported data.

Solution

Our team managed to finish the code of the previous developers and successfully implement the conceived functionality. We finalized a flexible reporting system that allows the client to create reports on projects, cities, retail outlets, days and other data. In addition, you can create photo and audio reports, select and combine the data according to customizable criteria to be shown in the reports. For each employee a dashboard was created, which consists of check-in/checkout time, geolocation, photo and audio. The system was optimized in such a way that you can fill in all reporting forms, export and upload grouped file arrays online from your point of sale. The Engager management and control system is also available as mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms.

Results

Sales companies can register on the platform and benefit from many useful opportunities for reporting, planning and monitoring of field personnel. Various management levels and hierarchy of the roles are integrated in the system. That is, each client can register all employees, and access to the functionality will be provided in accordance with the position and responsibilities. The system greatly facilitates the processes of forming and managing reports, as they are automated. You can create reports online and export/import data to Excel. In the web version of the platform we added the function of geolocation and the location tracking of employees to monitor their work. As a result of the work the client received a platform with a simple intuitive interface and a convenient system for managing marketing projects, which significantly eases the process and saves time of reporting, and allows you to easily plan and control the work of the field personnel.
