Nespresso, a European-based coffee company, wanted to expand their presence in the United States. They needed to speak and relate to an American audience in order to be thought of as the leading single-serve coffee brand in the country.

The Movie in the Mind℠ we revealed Americans were becoming coffee aficionados and their expectations of coffee quality had risen. People wanted the convenience of single serve without losing the sophisticated, high-quality taste they desired. How we made Nespresso the star BrandTuitive continues to honor the high-end Nespresso brand while bringing it to life with an American sensibility. From every counter card to every large-scale experiential installation, we convey the luxury and quality of Nespresso that was already well-known in other parts of the world. Unexpected Thinking At the National Restaurant Association Show, we told Nespresso’s story of coffee discovery through their large-scale installation. We took visitors on a journey that positioned Nespresso as the ultimate coffee-drinking experience and showcased their commitment to sustainability by highlighting that capsules have a second life through recycling.

Results

Nespresso is now synonymous with quality coffee and a leading brand in the category. Nespresso is a household name in the U.S. and BrandTuitive is proud to have contributed to their success.
