International Property Securities Exchange
Challenge
IPSX, the International Property Securities Exchange, operates the first dedicated exchange globally to provide a public stock market solely for the admission and trading of shares in companies owning and managing individual commercial property assets. Develop their website.
Solution
THINK LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE + ZOOPLA The website will need to display real time and historic data for the securities listed on the exchange. This includes real time pricing information like a regular stock exchange but also listed properties information including photos. From visual perspective it is a blend of London Stock Exchange and Zoopla. However from a technical perspective the integrations needed were highly complex. COMPLEX DATA INTEGRATION The data that drives the trading pages comes from multiple sources. The property related data is provided daily by Golden Source using SFTP. The real time trading data, which also drives the charting software, is provided by QuantHouse via API. It was essential that the whole solution was seamless and robust due to the regulatory requirements that stock exchanges must adhere to when posting data to the market. A MODERN DESIGN FOR A NEW CONCEPT It was important that the design of the site was professional and cutting edge to give the new business instant credibility. We use a series of panels on key pages, as shows here, which allow the content to be well structured. The panels stack neatly on mobile.
