Challenge Introduce a new, innovative, and unknown technology that dries out wet devices and retrieves data to a public that is totally unaware of the solution. Goal Increase awareness surrounding the solution so that when the need arises, the audience makes the connection and that TekDry and wet device recovery become one in the same while dispelling the myth surrounding rice.

Solution

Avocet implemented the “We’ll Revive It, But You’ll Have to Get It” campaign, comprised of integrated marketing strategies to launch the TekDry brand, create awareness, grow customer count, and educate potential customers as to the best way to dry out their wet phones and devices.
