Merge Dior's on/offline platforms through a new digital marketing ecosystem Asiance launched Dior's official Kakao PlusFriend channel to build Dior's connection with consumers and increase awareness of Dior's digital awakening. In addition, Dior has been engaging local fans by hosting various localized events through local SNS channels.

Solution

To increase interaction with Dior fans who use KakaoTalk, Asiance selected the platform's most used content, "emoticon". With the design from Christian Dior Couture, the emoticon helped boost awareness on its latest collection. Asiance strategically planned the campaign to maximize engagement within the channel. With Kakao TV Live streaming, Asiance invited Christian Dior Couture’s KakaoTalk channel fans to the new collection live-stream show. Overcoming geographical limits with a digital live show, Asiance helped Dior interact more closely with its fans.
