Perfectville
Challenge
Lennar Homes is the largest home building company in the United States. The Charlotte division has the second-highest sales within the company and their territory covers over 40 communities in North and South Carolina. They kick butt. In this instance they needed Arthur Elliott to hype up two neighborhoods in the Davidson, NC area. The two communities had some similarities (close in location) but also differences in style of homes and amenities. Sell homes. Fast. Period.
Solution
We decided to give the neighborhoods a “personality”. We wanted to evoke a feeling associated with each community. They needed some sass. We took what we knew of the Davidson area and launched “Perfectville” …because, duh, if you’ve ever been, you’d know Davidson is perfect. “Perfectville” was a throwback to a time when cull de sacs where used for cook outs and neighbors actually waved at each other. The campaign pulled on the heart strings using the quaint main street of Davidson, Lake Norman and the comforts of the communities. As my mom would say, “everything is just so nice here”!
