It’s hard to imagine in this day and age where marketing is not driven by analytics. HEIDENHAIN was ahead of the curve working with Arends on their direct mail campaign.
Solution
We helped evolve their print-based newsletter into a digital ROI powerhouse. That grew into developing a lead generation website tied to print media, PR, display campaigns, webinars, trade shows and paid search. We also conducted research to uncover their clients’ pain points and developed a brand promise addressing those issues.
Results
• 81.5% email lead growth in the first year and 14.9% every year after • 43.12% www bounce rate (down from 74.1%) • 37.1% change in balancing returning versus new visitors • 8% increase in leads at IMTS (biggest industry trade show)
