Challenge
We welcomed the challenge of transforming OPTIMAR International realty from a one office focused organization to a multi-national, service-oriented real estate company.
Solution
We designed a completely new brand experience for both associate agents and their clients; we have created all of OPTIMAR’s websites, marketing collateral, agent marketing portals, and we manage their social media platforms. With no web presence or digital strategy, we saw the potential to create something special for the passionate owners and team at OPTIMAR. We helped them build momentum and brand awareness, with the main objective of creating a system and strategy that optimized their agents’ and clients’ experience. OPTIMARin uppercase Leveraging their new brand identity, we developed a library of websites, media content and ads to drive awareness and create a funnel of lead generation. In addition to the new visual identity, we worked with OPTIMAR’s executive team on a training overhaul to elevate their service execution in order to match their client needs. We implemented media and multi-channel strategies, along with custom setups for their top-tier brokers and associate agents. We focused on generating year-round engagement through fragmented email campaigns, social marketing, and old fashioned direct mail.
Results
We successfully created an innovative brand and unlocked new potential for OPTIMAR and its clients. Taking the company from 185 associate agents to over 500, reaching and maintaining number one in sales at its headquarter region, Sunny Isles Beach, and successfully opening two new branches in prestigious Brickell Miami, and Manhattan New York. The real estate conglomerate landed many exclusive pre-construction projects in which we had the pleasure to market until fully closing every unit.
