Crowdshop Animated Explainer Video
Challenge
As a newly launched e-commerce platform, Crowdshop required an upbeat and entertaining video that matched their branding and could be used across multiple social media platforms. Crowdshop was working closely with branding experts Kinc Agency, so they already had a detailed script and storyboard in place. With this in hand, we got to work putting the finishing touches on the storyboard, and then moving on to the animation. Along the way we received feedback from Crowdshop and Kinc Agency to ensure the video represented the Crowdshop brand.
Solution
The aim of the video was to be upbeat and fun to watch, so the script focused on how easy the Crowdshop platform is to use by breaking down the shopping experience into three simple steps. As the video was to be utilised on different social media platforms, shorter cut downs, and portrait versions of the video were also provided as part of the video package.
Results
The video was distributed across all of Crowdshop’s social media channels and received high levels of engagement. The video also sits on the homepage of the Crowdshop website, ensuring any new customers can quickly get an understanding of how Crowdshop works.
