About HASfit Featured on NBC, Women’s Health, Men’s Health, Runner’s World, Yahoo, AOL, Mashable, TechCrunch, Huffington Post, MSN, Product Hunt, Computer World, CNET, and more. HASfit is one of the most famous fitness apps across iOS and Android stores. It has been named as “Top Fitness App” for 6 years straight. Owned by famous Fitness Coach, Ex MMA, and Entrepreneur Joshua Kozak, the app has more than 500 workout videos, diet plans and has approval rating on over 200 million real time accomplished workouts. HASfit fitness App is like a personal trainer in your pocket. One can use HASfit on iOS, or Android, or Roku, or Amazon Firestick or Chromecast or web. HASfit works great, everywhere. The App Opportunity It was back in 2013 when HASfit and Agicent got in touch, HASfit was a fitness channel those days with a million-user base. They wanted to make HASfit brand more useful and accessible to that loyal user base (we call them HASfit tribe) and aspired to become a digital platform for fitness.
Solution
Agicent created its first version as replica of HASfit website and Video Channel and since then there is no looking back.Today, HASfit is being used by millions across the world and is accessible across iOS, Android, Roku, Amazon, Chromcast and where not. Agicent understood the concept from scratch and also their business goal, and created a scalable architecture between backend and front end app. We then created high-quality front-end apps for iOS and Android that can run the video seamlessly and be able to be accessed by users without any hassle. Because of the earlier scalable architecture, it has been easier to update the app all these 7 years. The current HASfit app is built using Swift, Xcode for iOS, and Java, Android studio for Android. For backend, we used laravel and PHP, and mysql for database having AWS in the back. We also created a powerful App admin console for the client to manage the app, users, and content easily. App Features - Video Workout routines for all fitness levels (limited mobility, beginner, intermediate, advanced). - Premium Fitness plan with a pricing (in-app purchase), or ad free experience. - Download videos for offline viewing. - Workout streaming on TV using AmazonFire, Apple TV, Chromecast, Roku. - Easy searching for daily workout, based on length, muscle group, goal. - Modifications to help users customize the workout for your specific needs - Save your favourite routines for easy access later -Exercise with dumbbells or no equipment.
