Piuma Restaurant
Challenge
Embarking on their debut in the RAK culinary scene, Donato & Roberto, the founders of Piuma Restaurant (Before it was sold this year and the brand identity changed) sought our expertise to establish its brand identity within the F&B space from scratch. The website having been given to another team, AEONMETIZ was tasked with creating their Brand Visuals, Identity, Theme and Content Development. But the challenge was how do we garner interest for a new Italian and Mediterranean restaurant and how do we differentiate them from the rest of the players in the RAK Market?
Solution
Since Donato was well-connected in RAK and an absolute showman in the front of the lens and as a person, we decided to leverage his camera-friendly nature in all our initial content. Once the content was ready, we shared it within all the local groups he was part of to generate initial interest. The restaurant's theme centered around family and friends, which we aimed to showcase. Subsequently, the lifestyle content focused on families and friends enjoying a day out at the restaurant. The push with the local groups gave us the jumpstart we needed, and interest slowly grew.
Results
A huge success If we can say that. We explained to the staff and the team at Piuma that Branding doesn't just mean a good logo, color and ambience. It's in how you respond to clients, how you treat them, how to get reviews and make it less intrusive and so on. Once the patrons experienced Piuma's offerings and the hospitality of the staff and owners, well... you know the rest. The Google ratings say it all.
