Challenge

From day one we established relationships as partners rather than a client/vendor. This helped us to be more openminded about the Brand DNA of the company, its values, mission statement and overall unique value proposition. Our fruitful cooperation started from creation of brand book and style guides. Then we identified the target audience, communication strategy, and eventually we started work on the website. During the prototyping stage we went through several iterations of different design of the pages. Once the demo version was ready we engaged an attorney to provide us legal opinion to have all legal disclosures to make sure the website is not only user friendly but also legal and compliant according the US regulators (SEC/FINRA), The main goal was to emphasize professionalism of the team and the unique vision. Major challenge is was to differentiate from competition, at the same time to showcase alternative investment opportunities. We took the route of the most concise and clear positioning. Consistency in the messaging was powered with visual representation, combining the best practices in the real estate and design trends.

Solution

After creation of the logo and the slogan which perfectly reflect the values of the company, while replying to the major “pain” of the customers (investors), we decided to focus on typography and design system. Each image was carefully chosen to accentuate the relevant message. Development + Marketing Along with branding and design, we took creative approaches with feature solutions. Building the logic of architecture, features and proper integrations. Every page was built with the search engine optimization in mind. The next step was to create a marketing strategy involving the best practices in the industry, combined with innovative solutions. Integration of Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, custom made email marketing service, plus CRM allowed to experiment with multiple lead generation funnels. In addition, a custom investor portal was created to easily navigate onboarding of each user. As result of productive cooperation we have identified several new features to be developed in the future (chat-bot, automated notification via text messages, documentation sharing etc.
