Challenge

At a height of 480 feet, Bulfinch Crossing’s Residential High-Rise tower will consist of 368 apartment units and 55 for sale condominiums. Given its prominent location and height, this tower is envisioned as one of the best-in-class residential properties in Boston.

Solution

Ad Campaign It’s all about the location and incredible views… and the most interesting people in the world that would live there. Photographed by Emmy award-winning director and photographer Dean Alexander, whose still photography has won over 150 International Awards including Communication Arts (Photo, Advertising and Design) Annuals, Archive Magazine, National ADDYS, ONE Show, PDN Photo Annual, SPD Awards, among others. He has been selected by Lürzer’s Archive Magazine as one of the “200 Best Ad Photographers Worldwide” every year since 2010 and recognized by GRAPHIS as one of the “100 Top in the Americas”. He is an EMMY Award winning director. His films have won awards in the Berlin Fashion Film Festival, Milan Fashion Film Festival, London Fashion Film Festival, Madrid Fashion Film Festival, Miami Fashion Film Festival, Barcelona Fashion Film Festival, International Fashion Film Festival Brussels, the ONE Show, among others. Brand Identity The logo for the condos (and it’s sister logo for the apartments) was inspired by a kaleidoscope, from ancient Greek kalós (beautiful) and eîdos (shape) and it is a fitting metaphor for The Sudbury. It suggests not only multiple lifestyle choices and activities but also the ongoing process of transformation at Bulfinch Crossing. Social Media The social media campaign includes Instagram and Facebook with daily postings including Insta Stories, video and connections with neighboring businesses and influencers that set the tone for the luxurious Sudbury at Bulfinch Crossing and a growing following on all platforms. For all social media projects we develop a social media campaign strategy, create still photography, GIFS, and custom content. Print Collateral Visitors to The Sudbury Sales Gallery will leave with this gorgeous, oversized, perfect bound book with special finishes like french folds and matte silver foil stamping. The book tells the story of a neighborhood in the making, with gorgeous photography and story telling at it’s best. Fun facts and images are sprinkled throughout the book to not only impart information but also to entertain. Digital We’re in the process of developing a website for the condos full of rich content and photography that will show the consumer the latest renderings, view photography and tell them more about the lifestyle they will live at The Sudbury. Stunning Photography We have created a library of incredible view and neighborhood shots photographed by Dave Desroches, a long-time collaborator of Adams Design.
