AlmoNature is an Italian brand of pet food produced with natural ingredients. The company has been popular in Europe for more than 20 years. Now it's getting a brand-new unique marketing project developed by the A2 Design Team which will bring the brand into the digital space. The main purpose of the website is to show the brand’s value, achievements, and products. The company has different projects; commercial and non-commercial.
Solution
Technologies: WordPress CMS React HTML CSS AlmoNature Blog Built on the WordPress platform, the world’s leading content management system. Products Catalog Products catalog built with React.js. The main advantage of React.js is that it is scalable, reliable, responsive and advanced. The website has two different sections: the product, and the values and ideals of the company Despite the fact that the brand is Italian, it is multi-European, so the website is multilingual with each page having 5 languages. The content of the website is built with WordPress. It’s the first project in our practice where we used the page builder Gutenberg. Gutenberg is a relatively new editor, released at the end of last year. All content is editable and managed by the internal AlmoNature team. Our team has developed functionality that allows the AlmoNature team to manage the content on the website. The product catalog is built with React.js. It is a multipurpose and scalable component. Updates are pulled from a centralized database. During the development process, we’ve encountered some difficulties that we solved in the process: -Adaptation to the new Gutenberg builder. -Using an Agile approach to organize the interaction between the different teams. We worked with the design team and had support from the internal team of AlmoNature.
Results
In the process of work we have achieved certain successes: -Evolved the popular brand into a multi-European platform -Integrated Gutenberg and a Translation Management System
