Challenge
The Hero Resource Center is an exclusive online platform where heroes (men and women in uniform) find the support, tools and resources they need in order to connect with other heroes and find a myriad of personal and professional opportunities all over the world. The platform is the vision of a seasoned firefighter who retired after serving the NJ community for 33 years. Client Concerns Client approached many different web developers, web design agencies and marketing companies with this project. While some simply did not want to take the project due to its magnitude, others simply wanted to focus only on one part of scope needed to bring this project to reality. This was no surprise as the client requirements and interests were many: Client wanted to have a direct point of contact from beginning to end. Client was looking for the latest technology and needed an agency with a proven track record. Client did not have all of the investment funds up front and wanted to grow incrementally. Client had no business track record and instead had many scattered ideas, which needed an expert to recognize them and cast a clear picture. Project required significant amount of initial and ongoing business consulting to come to fruition in order for project to realize its full potential. Client did not want to have many different vendors for the project but needed a reliable agency where every digital marketing related task was handled in one place.
Solution
Xtreme’s Unique Proposition After an in-depth conversation with Xtreme’s CEO, a custom solution was proposed to the client: Client will have a direct point of contact at all times in addition to 24/7 access to a state-of-the-art Project Management System. Xtreme’s CEO himself will be in charge of providing the business consulting needed to bring the project to reality and lead the client every step of the way. Client will have access to the entire talent team for all of the project related needs, therefore all tasks will be managed under one roof. Xtreme will build the platform in stages, allowing the client time to adjust the vision and pace the investment required. Xtreme will not only build the platform but will provide ongoing support, maintenance and marketing required for the platform to grow and become profitable. The final platform was the culmination of an ongoing collaboration between both companies which translated into a 1-year development process. Unlike a regular website, this business platform was designed to grow exponentially with users and subscribers, making it a self-sustained online business.
